Online payments are available for all of our tenants. Please refer to our team with any questions regarding log in information or to set up your personal tenant portal. 

All ACH bank payments are free for our tenants. Any payment with a debit or credit card will be subject to a fee through Appfolio. 

There are also payment options using Money Orders and Cashiers checks. Please refer to your tenant login for the information to use this feature.
